I was born in Anchorage, Alaska in 1977. My parents are David & Lynn. My father was born in Washington and grew up in Yelm. My mother is a native of Alaska. I was raised in the military and we were transferred every three years to different bases. I have lived in Texas, Belgium, Colorado, Alaska and now Washington. I have 4 sisters and 2 brothers. I am the middle child. It was great growing up in a big family. We all had to fight for our personal space but I would not change it for anything.
I moved to Washington in 1999 after having enough of Alaska’s cold, snowy winters. I wanted to stay close to my family, however, and Seattle is still close by. And, its such a beautiful place. So now I call Washington home.
I enjoy traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures. My favorite way to travel is by cruise ship. I love cruises. I feel that they the best way to travel, because you get to visit new places and meet different people all on one trip. Plus, you only have to unpack once! I love to be able to eat whenever I like, also…
Hawaii is one of my most favorite places to get away from work and everyday life. I love to sit on the beach and read a book and just watch the sun go down.
Growing up in a military family made me realize that you can never know enough people in this world. You will never know every single person on this planet, so we are lucky to meet the people we get the chance to. We can never have enough friends in this lifetime, and this is why I think real estate is such a great career for me; because I get to meet so many more people that I would not have had the chance to otherwise.
